How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As a guide in stock supplements take from 2 - 4 days to arrive. You will be informed of your order status when your order is dispatched.

How is my order packaged?
Orders that weight under 2kg are sent in plain white Jiffy Mailer bags and orders that weight above 2kg are packaged in plain brown cardboard boxes. All packaging is discreet with no indication of what the contents are. The only information placed on the box is your address.

What if no one is at home when the parcel is delivered?
Royal Mail will put a card through your letter box with information on how you can collect your parcel from the local Post Office.

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
If your parcel doesn't arrive within a reasonable amount of time (5-6 working days), please contact us immediately, we will find out what has happened and make arrangements depending on the situation.

Can I deliver the parcel to my work address?
Yes, in fact we would recommend this option if you think its possible no one will be at home.

Note: We may contact you if it deems neccessary to do so, for example if the billing address and shipping address, or the name of the cardholder and the adressee differ. This is merely a precaution so that fraudulent transactions are not possible.If we are under any suspicion that fraud has taken place we will hold any orders and refund payment. If a fraudulant payment has taken place the details will be passed to the Police. We prosecute fraud evey time.
