Please read the following terms and conditions below carefully, they apply to all transactions made on MuscleTech-UK.com. Any reference to "the/this website", "Hart Nutrition Ltd", "The Company" or "Us" refers to Hart Nutrition Ltd who own and operate this website. Hart Nutrition reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion; any changes will apply to all subsequent orders.

All prices are displayed in UK Pounds Sterling and UK Pounds Sterling is the only accepted currency.

Hart Nutrition Ltd is not VAT registered so no tax is payable with your order.

All Credit/Debit card payments are independently checked, so that the card is not reported lost or stolen and that the payment details are correct. Hart Nutrition reserves the right to delay delivery until it is sure that cards have not been used fraudulently.

Shipping
Orders placed before 10am will be despatched where possible, the same day, this will not occur if items are out of stock. Orders placed after 10am on Friday may not be processed until Monday. Next day delivery is not guranteed, this is the 'term' for the service used. Any items not in stock will will be processed as normal when they arrive back in stock. Items may take up to 14 days to arrive.

Hart Nutrition use Royal Mail and ParcelForce Worldwide as their carriers. We cannot be responsible for unforseen events such as, but not limited to, strike action, misrooted parcels, and delays due to weather or 'events of God'.

UK Mainland
Standard shipping is free of charge.

All orders that weigh over 2kg
Orders will be delivered via courier. Items will not be left without a signature. If items cannot be delivered they will go back to the depot and re-delivery will be attempted. If items cannot be delivered again they are returned to us at a charge that you will be responsible for (£15) any orders refused on delivery will be charged at (£15).

All packages that weigh under 2kg
Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail.

UK Non-Mainland
(Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern & Rep. of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles.)

Any orders posted to these areas incur a £9 delivery charge. However if your purchase amounts to more than, but not equal to £200 delivery will be free of charge.

Delivery dates and estimations layed out on this site (for example in the 'delivery' section) are approximations, and shall not constitute a fundamental term of the contract unless otherwise stated in writing by the buyer and seller (Hart Nutrition).

Hart Nutrition cannot be held responsible for address errors

Goods and prices are subject to availability. If goods are unavailable we will backorder products, or refund payment.

All special offers (including homepage offers) are valid while stocks last.

Hart Nutrition reserves the right to delay shipment or hold orders if it suspects any fradulant payments to have been made.

Products may be returned only if unopened, within 30 days of receipt, we are unable to accept returns for opened products. You are responsible for the cost of any postage and administration and restocking fees (£8) when returning products, the address is:
